VLOG

As many of you know, our family is preparing to welcome our newest little one into the world later this summer. And this summer we are definitely in preparation mode. We want this birth and postpartum to be the most nourishing for our family – especially my wife and our sweet baby.

As we’ve been planning for this next season, one question has continued to get stuck on my heart:

How can our Future Generations families become even healthier, more connected, and more resilient when I take paternity leave?

So many of us have been conditioned to work for the ‘summer bod’ but let ourselves go once summer hits.

Every decision that I’m making in the season revolves around the opposite especially for my family.

The team we’re building in the office and the team we’re building around my wife and coming child – is everything.

Summer is the perfect season to take a deep breath but it doesn’t mean we lose sight of what’s most important.

AND in my professional opinion, it’s the best opportunity to really optimize health because our health potential IS our life potential.

Yes, there is travel.

Yes, there are moments of splurging.

But I have been doing this a long time… our families that commit  to better health during summer always make the most lasting changes. That’s what we are all about here at FG.

Something we see every single year in our practice:

When the pressure of the school year eases, many children begin to show us what their nervous systems are truly capable of.

Mom, dad, and grandparents, guess what? This works for you too.

For children who struggle with focus and sensory challenges, emotional dysregulation, anxiety, ADHD, ASD, or simply feeling overwhelmed by the demands of everyday life, summer often creates a unique opportunity for healing and growth.

Over the next few weeks, you’ll begin hearing more about something we’ve been building behind the scenes called The Future Generations Collective.

The Collective will be a place online where families can deepen learning, implement real change, share miraculous wins, asking powerful questions, participate in transformative challenges, and support one another on their health journey.

Because healing doesn’t only happen inside the office.

It happens around dinner tables.
It happens on family walks.
It happens in the foods we eat.
It happens in the habits we build.
It happens in the communities we surround ourselves with.

It happens on random summer hikes on our property.

This summer our theme is Power Up For Summer.

And our goal isn’t simply to maintain momentum. Our goal definitely is NOT to let everything go.

Our goal is for our community to become healthier more resilient  than ever. As you know in the clinic, we are ALL about outcomes and MIRACULOUS results.

MIRACLES are what FG has been known for over a decade and it’s a big part of my intention that this becomes even more of a  reality for you all.

Summer gives us a chance to REFILL the tank.

So as you enjoy vacations, pool days, family adventures, and late summer sunsets, remember that this season is about more than just taking a break.

It’s an opportunity to help your child and your whole family grow, heal, and thrive.

Around here, chiropractic care and summertime go together pretty well.. kind of like apple pie and a Fourth of July picnic! We are so excited that we get to expand on the amazing care you get with the FG Collective.

When summer comes to an end, we want our Future Generations families to be stronger, healthier, more connected, and more empowered than they were when it began.

We’re excited to build that future together.

Love and appreciate you all ⚡♥️🔥
