Attendees will be guided through the myriad of resources available for support and learn effective ways to assist those experiencing these challenges. \nEmphasizing the significance of maternal mental health\, the workshop seeks to foster empathy\, awareness\, and proactive support within communities\, ensuring mothers receive the care and understanding they need during this pivotal time. She is the Outreach Director with Thrive Wellness Collective\, a non-profit organization with a mission to empower families and strengthen communities through midwifery care and services. Di is also a member and volunteer with The Postpartum Health Alliance. 

 \nDi is a proud mother of 3\, happily married to a patient loving husband. She is also a Survivor of Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders (PMADs)\, an experience that almost took her life and the life of her baby. Because of this experience\, she dedicates her time to bringing awareness to Perinatal Mental Health Disorders and Maternal Mental Health through presentations\, conferences\, and workshops. Her true passion is to empower mothers and break the stigma around Maternal Mental Health (MMH).
